About a decade ago, former professional basketball player Shawna Nicols became DJ Shawna and began to disrupt the male-dominated industry in route to becoming one of the Midwest’s premier open format DJs. The Milwaukee-native has a knack for effortlessly bringing a room together with her infectious personality and high-energy mixes that keeps crowds engaged and begging for more.
DJ Shawna has a lifelong dream to empower people to be their best selves in every aspect of life. Dare To Be Clothing exists to make a positive difference in the world. The simplicity of the logo is intentional. The logo can mean something different to every person that encounters it. What brings it all together however, is the heart. Love. Happiness. Positivity.
